Kings’ services extend from London’s centre out through its western outskirts into the heartland of the Home Counties (commonly referred as part of the London ‘Commuter belt’).  Kings’ offices are concentrated in centres of desirability and provide services for Landlords and Tenants in varied locations.  See our Area Office guides, for specific backgrounds on the local landscape.
Congratulations! You are joining many thousands of private landlords in the UK. The key to successfully letting your property is to engage the services of a specialist agent to act on your behalf and who will guide you through the various stages. Kings are preeminent in the Lettings industry, having been established for over 50 successful years and specialize in the field.
This guide will explain the procedure Kings adopts for processing Applicant Tenant interest in renting via Kings. Not all of Kings' fees and charges are standard to each tenancy - an interested Applicant must ensure he/she makes full enquiries with Kings before arranging to 'view' any property of interest.  If an Applicant asks to visit a specific prospective home, Kings’ Staff will assume that the Applicant has firstly enquired about the full costs involved (should the applicant be successful in securing a tenancy). No fee is charged by Kings for ‘Registering’ general interest in seeking accommodation.
